6 YouTubers Who ~Quit~ YouTube, But Returned Soon After
YouTube stars are ALWAYS pulling pranks. Some YouTubers decide to go a little too far and actually get arrested for their shenanigans, while others just mess with your mind. We don’t know which is worse — getting into trouble with the law for being stupid or pulling a fast one over on your fans. Either way, YouTubers have done it all.
Even though most shocking YT news involves content creators coming out in their vids, breaking up, having secret children, etc., there are a few famous social media celebs who do the most insane thing poss — quit the Internet! When your favorite vlogger decides to cut off all social media and delete their channel it is heartbreaking. Thankfully we’ve rounded up all the YouTubers who said they were done with the videos but returned before we even knew they were gone!
After Zoe (aka Zoella) was accused of — and then admitted to — having a ghostwriter for her book Girl Online, things got a little intense. The British beauty vlogger decided to take a much-needed break from the Internet in December 2014, which included a breather from her popular YouTube channel.
The good news was that it was only a couple of days that she went on a social media hiatus, not months or years. "Bare with me on vlogmas. I'm taking a few days out and off the internet because it's clouding up my brain," she tweeted. "Thanks for understanding."
