The One Direction Collab of Your Dreams Actually Happened!

By  |

It’s not often that most of the world’s biggest musicians come together to record a song together, but when they do you know it’s going to be special. One Direction and Ed Sheeran are just two of the acts who joined forces to support Band Aid 30’s effort to end the Ebola outbreak in West Africa with the charity single, “Do They Know It’s Christmas?”

1D and Ed are known for working together frequently in the past, but fans have been waiting for the moment that they actually record a song together! Joining them are HUGE names like Rita Ora, Sam Smith, Bono and Ellie Goulding, who all jumped on the chance to re-record the iconic song from the ’80s to do whatever they can to help stop the pandemic.

As expected, the song is not only beautifully written and recorded, but its message really shows the horrors of what many in West Africa are facing today. Combine that with gut-wrenching video clips and “DTKIC” is sure to give you a never-ending supply of chills.
