Miley Cyrus ‘Wrecking Ball’ Video

By  |

Miley Cyrus' music video for her latest single "Wrecking Ball" is here! The 20-year-old singer released the video on Vevo Monday morning, and it's certainly more emotionally driven than the video for her party tune "We Can't Stop."

The super simplistic video begins with an extreme close up of Miley on a white background, then goes into her walking around with a sledgehammer as she wears a short white tank top, white bottoms, and that's about it.

She's standing in a concrete structure and as she walks away — what do you know — a wrecking ball comes through and breaks it all down. At one point during another round of extreme close ups, we see Miley crying some real tears!

To see that and more, watch the video above, and check out the lyrics below.

We clawed, we chained, our hearts in vain
We jumped, never asking why
We kissed, I fell under your spell
A love no one could deny

Don't you ever say I just walked away
I will always want you
I can't live a lie, running for my life
I will always want you

I came in like a wrecking ball
I never hit so hard in love
All I wanted was to break your walls
All you ever did was wreck me
Yeah you, you wreck me

What do YOU think of "Wrecking Ball"? How does it compare to "We Can't Stop"? Sound off in the comments!

Also, in other Miley news, she'll be stopping by Saturday Night Live on October 5!
