‘McCanick’ Movie Trailer, Final Cory Monteith Film (VIDEO)

It's been a month since the tragic passing of Cory Monteith. One. Whole. Month. But even though he's no longer with us, and his close friends and family are still "picking up the pieces," the memory of him and his talent still live on. Especially in the trailer for his last film, McCanick.

In the just-released footage, you'll see Cory portray a drug addict recently discharged from jail. Given that the actor's cause of death was drug-related, it may be tough to watch, so we want to give you fair warning. However, once you break through that point, it's undeniable the amount of talent he displays. Just after Cory's death, McCanick Director Josh C. Waller said of the former Glee star, "When I met with him, he wanted to do it so badly. He was very vocal about his past, and said he wanted to tap into things from his youth that he hadn't been able to use as an actor yet."

McCanick will premiere at this year's Toronto International Film Festival, along with another one of Cory's last films, All the Wrong Reasons, co-starring The Mortal Instruments' Kevin Zegers.
