Louis Tomlinson Plays in Charity Football Match, Vomits on the Field

By  |

It's amazing what lengths Louis Tomlinson will go to for charity! The One Direction member played in a football match at Glasgow's Celtic Park on Sunday, and it's safe to say he had a pretty rough time. In addition to being tackled by pro footballer Gabriel Agbonlahor, he vomited on the field!

Yes, apparently Gabriel knocked Louis down so hard it caused Louis to puke. In the video above, you'll see just how hard Louis got knocked down, while the video below shows the actual puke session. (Proceed with caution — not for the faint of stomach.) Though he struggles to get up at first, after he does, he limps around — but with a smile on his face. What a good sport! (Literally.)

After the game, Gabriel told BBC: "It was one of those things. I'll apologise to Louis when we meet up…I know he enjoyed playing in the game and it's fantastic that he took time out to be here." Proceeds from the game will benefit a foundation founded by Stiliyan Petrov, a retired Aston Villa football player who is now in remission after fighting leukemia.

Watch the video above for yourself! Are you glad that Louis was such a trooper? Or do you think the game was too dangerous for him to be playing? Sound off in the comments!

Remember when Tyler Oakley interviewed One Direction? Yeah, that was awesome.
