Things are starting to make sense now! A few months ago, Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus posted a series of Instagrams of the pair hangin’ in animal onesies. No one was 100 percent sure what the ladies were doing at the time, but now it’s much clearer — Ari joined Miley to sing Crowded House’s 1986 smash hit “Don’t Dream it’s Over” for a Backyard Session!

Not sure what that is? Miley hosts casual jams with her pals in hopes of promoting her charity, The Happy Hippie Foundation, a nonprofit organization that wants to “rally young people to fight injustice facing homeless youth, LGBT youth and other vulnerable populations.”

You can say a lot about both Miley and Ariana, be we have to say — not only do the girls sound effing PHENOMENAL, but their voices are being used for a great cause and we give them serious props.
