Some say, it was done just to protect HUMAN BEINGS ( who couldnвЂ™t stand the sight of dog meat being eaten in style in restaurants ) ! BEARSKIN FOR THE BEAR : Anyway, now that The Olympics 2012 is just around the corner, The Bear-Community around the world has initiated PEACEFUL-ACTIONS to see that BEAR SKIN for the Palace-Guards in London and elsewhere will be replaced by Synthetic Material. Not just for THE London2012. Our Correspondent in London has confirmed that this will be a permanent thing and all Headgears with Bearskin will be replaced by synthetic material.
