Description: This video was shot before my car accident. When I was visiting friends in Atlanta, they really pressured me in to going to the pool even though I'm mortified of being seen so heavy. It's been a bummer to be sick and not able to exercise. Also with my thyroid disorder, I just seem HUGE! Argh~! It's so frustrating! Well, here I have to just expose myself for what I am. I'm a woman on a mission to try to get my figure back, that is as soon as I get this darn back brace off. I hope and pray to God that I don't gain more weight. Does anyone out there want to go on a diet and lifestyle change with me? It might be good to support each other. My doctors say I have to be in this back brace for another 12 weeks.
