Description: Sloveniskan version of 'Rest in Peace' which is the real language of the lullaby in the story. Some of the words are not exactly the same as in the english version, such as in the line of the english "Nobody dares take life from you" where in the Sloveniskan version the line ("Traive venly nav lys ytsin") it directly translates into "assassin(s) dare not kill you." Another good example of how the Sloveniskan version differs from the english is the line "In the midst of Crown Guard-" which in Sloveniskan is "Un frar talika ai sketzine-" which directly translates into "In the territory of Crown Guard." Fun stuff. Too bad I'm the only one who's possibly going to catch the other differences. (Seeing as I'm the only one in the world with an updated Sloveniskan to english dictionary.)
Blargh! This translation took me like five days!!
I sooo wish a I could get some dude to sing this song. It ain't meant to be sung by a girl like me.
HANAR UN XYN / REST IN PEACE Lyrics
"Hanar un xyn,
Vyte nav dasn ytsin
Gatai drakoon hin fe denkei -
Fin Veez Phoenix,
Ytsin siv rev ge katai
Je gewne ytsink waqazan.
Frar denke ai heyyn,
Vy katai sie vyl
Hensyyyyyn lys.
Waqin ai frar cupra heyyn,
Sin hensyne hens henzk ai lyvre;
Zai yi wen hineh qyt nav kuh.
Frar hensyna raiz,
Hanar vina dasn yim
Dasn ystin wen vyte.
He ne eversket,
Yin yze qe katai ytsink fe katai
Je katai na lym arna wen lyso.
Ku hanar un xyn,
Ytsin rev hala anea,
Un frar talika ai sketzine -
Traive venly nav lys ytsin,
Ku hanar vina je waqazan
Katai ayan ai vyte rev ystin."

Once again, Sloveniskan is FICTIONAL!
Please excuse the shitty rendition. My parents are here and I feel self concious. *hates singing in front of people* Also I don't think my laptop's microphone is the grandest.
Happy Canada Day!
READY, AYE, READY!
