Description: Thought I'd be brave and show my face and speak felt a little shy believe it or not. I worked out first but I'm getting so fat you can't see any definition anyway. I am really into big arms and wish I could make my bicepts and tricepts really big. Anyway, went to the buffet for dinner and stayed for two hours. Still feeling bloated in this video. I'm at about 268 now, tell me what you think, should I keep going or should I stop? I need some encouragement to keep it up. :-)
