Description: In 1964 Treasure Chest Magazine, a comic book distributed in Catholic grade schools, predicted and suggested that a black man (a Negro as they termed him) be elected in 1976. It was called "1976 Pettigrew for President." Here are some of the panels from the multi-part story which ran from January to June 1964.
