On the fourth episode of Glee, we learn that one of the show's leading ladies, Quinn Fabray, is pregnant. At first, she tells her boyfriend, Finn, that it's his... but they never even had sex! Nevertheless, he believes her and continues to take care of the soon-to-be-mother.
We soon learn, though, that the baby daddy is actually Finn's best friend, Puck. DRAMA. After breaking up with Finn and not working out with Puck either, Quinn ends up giving birth and putting her baby up for adoption. The infant is soon adopted by Shelby Corcoran, the rival glee team's coach.
