6 of Your Favorite Teen Television Series That Came to an End in 2016

No one can say 2016 was a spectacular year for television; it was basically a giant F*CK YOU. Think about it: Other than Shadowhunters, did you find a new obsession? That’s one TV show out of however many dozens of fresh releases. Sad. And a lot of your favorite series that have been on the air are either on their way out — like Pretty Little Liars, The Vampire Diaries and Teen Wolf — OR were canceled in the past 365 days, never to return.

Productions like Nickelodeon’s 100 Things to Do Before High School and Freeform’s Dead of Summer & Guilt barely got the chance to be recognized for greatness; essentially, they came in with the year and went out with it, each premiering only one season. But these guys were given the time to grow & gain attention among the teens, but couldn’t make it to 2017. Goodbye, ol’ friends. We’ll miss ya.
