How to Get Tickets to Taylor Swift’s Upcoming Tour for Reputation Album

By  |

It’s the day all Swifties have been not-so-patiently waiting for: Taylor Swift has new music!

Last night, the 27-year-old singer dropped the first single off her sixth studio album, Reputation. The track, titled “Look What You Made Me Do,” has been one of the most highly anticipated creations of all time (in our opinion, anyway), as it’s Tay’s first track since her duet with Zayn Malik for the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack, “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever,” which was released last December.

And what usually goes along with new music? A new tour!

Although T.Swift’s upcoming performances won’t be until 2018, there are already steps you can take to ensure that you can buy tickets to see her shows. Here’s the breakdown:

Courtesy of Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan initiative, you can pre-register for the opportunity to buy tickets. This is to ensure that TRUE Swifties have a better chance at snagging tix to the concerts than scalpers.

Go to the website tickets.taylorswift.com to register your Ticketmaster account, where you’ll be placed on the wait-list for registration… but there are opportunities to *boost* your standing on the list!

“When you participate, you’ll build your activity status and boost your opportunity to unlock ticket access,” the site boasts. “Boost activities will come in all shapes and sizes. Watch the latest music video, purchase the album (for the greatest boost), post photos and engage on social media.”

The dates have yet to be announced, but you KNOW that the tour will be once-in-a-lifetime experience, so get to boostin’!
