Stalker Who Threatened to Kill Taylor Swift & Family Avoids Jail Time

A man named Frank Andrew Hoover was arrested for stalking Taylor Swift and her family for months back, but even though he sent threatening emails to her dad, Scott Swift, he isn’t going to jail.

TMZ reported that the man sent multiple messages to the 66-year-old saying things like, “Decided that we are going to end all the Swifts on one day because I can’t stand that virus sh*t your daughter spread,” “The evil family of devils: Scott, Austin, Taylor, Andrew,” and “Enjoy the brain aneurysms and death.”

He was initially arrested in November 2016 for violating the restraining order Tay had against him, but then more charges were added in January 2018 after the scary emails were discovered. Mr. Hoover plead guilty to the charges, but will not have to spend any time in jail. Instead, the man was sentenced to 10 years probation, will have his location monitored by GPS for at least a year and has to stay at least a mile away from the “Delicate” singer and her whole family.

He also reportedly has to undergo psychological testing, attend substance abuse classes, surrender all firearms and undergo random drug testing. If he doesn’t comply with all the probation rules, he could end up in jail.

This entire situation is incredibly scary and we hope Mr. Hoover realized the severity of his past and leaves the Swift family alone from hereon out.
