Stalker Breaks Into Taylor Swift’s NYC Home, Sleeps in Bed & Takes Shower
Taylor Swift simply can’t catch a break. Less than a month after the stalker that threatened to kill her and her family avoided jail time, a transient man showed up outside her Los Angeles home and an armed person looking for her was apprehended, yet another person has been arrested for breaking into her home.
Roger Alvarado entered the “Delicate” singer’s NYC apartment on Friday after he used a ladder to climb into a broken window. When cops arrived they — wait for it — found him taking a nap in her bed. They later discovered that he also used her shower. Fortunately, Tay wasn’t home at the time of the most recent break-in.
The 22-year-old Florida resident was arrested on charges of stalking, burglary, criminal mischief and trespassing.
This isn’t the first time the man has been arrested for committing a crime against Taylor. The 28-year-old got a restraining order against him back in February after he threw a shovel against the same apartment’s front door.
Judge Herbert Moses issued a new order of protection against Alvarado over the weekend.
“His behavior shows no regard for the court order and the criminal justice system,” the prosecutor said, requesting him held on $75,000 bail.
The judge decided on $50,000 bond instead.
It is super lucky that no one was harmed in this terrifying situation. But honestly — can Taylor catch a break!?
