Fans Think Camila Cabello is Opening Act of Taylor Swift’s Reputation Tour

Taylor Swift kicked off rehearsals for the Reputation World Tour earlier this week, so the countdown for the live shows to begin is officially ON. We don’t know much about what’s going to happen when the 28-year-old gets back on the stage, other than the dates, of course, but fans think they figured out a major piece of information — the opening act.

As all Swifties and Camilizers know, Tay and Camila Cabello are best friends. So when fans noticed that the girls’ tour dates line up quite perfectly, they began to wonder if they’ll be taking their friendship on the road.

The 20-year-old recently announced her Never Be the Same tour, which will kick off in Vancouver, Canada, on April 9. The former Fifth Harmony member has shows consistently through May, but then there’s a noticeable gap in the schedule for about a month until things pick up again in Glasgow, United Kingdom.

It’s not that unusual for performers to take breaks during their tours so they don’t burn out, but it is unusual that the dates perfectly coincide with another artist’s concert sched.

Tay’s tour kicks off on May 8, four days after Cam’s last show before the break, in Glendale, Arizona. Her first gap in touring comes after the June 2nd show in Chicago, which just so happens to be three days before the brunette has to go to Glasgow to start her own shows back up again.

You can see that the girls’ tour dates literally line up perfectly so that Camila can join Taylor on the road AND do her own thing, so it makes sense that fans are pretty sure they’ll be seeing ’em join forces.
