7 Straight Male Celebrities Who Have a Brother Who is Gay
There are tons of actors, actresses and singers out there who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community, and we often talk about the importance of representing these stars in Hollywood. But one doesn’t necessarily have to be queer to be an ally of the world. Some famous folks stand up for non-straight people’s rights because — duh — it’s the right thing to do, and others have a bit of a deeper connection to protecting those who are homosexual — their siblings.
The following is a list of male celebrities who, as far as we know, identify as heterosexual, and have a brother who identifies as gay. Some of them speak publicly about their sibling’s sexuality as a way to show support to the community, and others just let that detail remain minor because it really is no big deal and should, at this point, be seen as normal.
Not too long ago, Teen Wolf's Charlie Carver (Max's brother) came out as gay on Instagram. He revealed his sexuality to the public on Instagram saying, "Let the record show this — I self-identify as gay."
While he also confirmed that his twin "is just as cool for being straight," we're sure Max loves that his sibling can now be his authentic self 24/7.
