By  |

SM3 is coming and so is a new song from the highly anticipated album. Today is May 1st, which means we’re officially in the month that Shawn Mendes: The Album comes out. The 19-year-old singer has already released two songs from his upcoming LP, “In My Blood” and “Lost in Japan,” and now we’re getting a third.

“Youth” featuring Khalid is the new tune the Canadian cutie is giving fans before the album release and we have a feeling it’s gonna be one of our faves. Shawn teased the song, which comes out on May 3 at 12 p.m. EST, by showing off some of its lyrics.

“You can’t take away my youth,” SM posted on social media.

The 20-year-old added, “Pain, but I won’t let it turn into hate.”

This same lyric was posted on a billboard in Melbourne, Australia.

Two days until Shawn and Khalid’s collab and just over three weeks until the album comes out in its entirety? YES PUH-LEASE!!!
