Selena Gomez’s Dark Spray Tan Leads to Blackface Accusations at Met Gala 2018
The Met Gala is always full of stunning beauty looks and iconic fashion. Unfortunately, though Selena Gomez‘s gorgeous outfit was one of our favorites from the red-carpet event, her makeup was V controversial, to say the least.
As per usual, makeup artist Hung Vanngo really went to #werk on the 25-year-old singer’s face:
However, as with Gigi Hadid on the latest cover of Vogue Italia, the “Wolves” singer was accused of blackface because her skintone was a much darker shade than usual:
