There are hundreds of amazing places that are worth a visit. Whether you’re into
busy cities or beautiful architecture, historical gems or relaxing countrysides, there’s a travel spot for everyone!
Greece is one of the most popular dream vacation destinations — and for good reason! The crystal blue water, fresh white architecture and fresh food are totally enviable, and everyone needs to experience it for themselves at least once in their lifetime. If you’re considering a visit to the ancient country, make sure to check out these 10 Instagram-worthy spots in Santorini:

The Village of Oia
The white buildings, cobbled streets and blue domes most commonly associated with Santorini lie in Oia. The small village is carved out of cliffs, so you get the most amazing ocean views you've ever seen! Spend a few hours wandering through the streets, exploring the local shops (like Atlantis Books) and restaurants, then stay for the breathtaking sunset!

The Three Blue Domes
Speaking of those blue domes, it's basically a requirement that you have to take at least one picture of them while you're there! There are a bunch of different angles you can get of the iconic sight, but if you want the
best view (along with another hidden picturesque gem), keep reading!

The Brown Door
Right next to the best view of the three blue domes, you'll also find a beautiful brown door that stands alone. The window allows you to look straight through out into the ocean, so it's basically the doorway to heaven. And it'll give you a photo that rivals a travel blogger's!
It's not super easy to find, but Google Maps will be your best friend. Search "Oia Sunset Photo Spot" and follow the directions for Oia 847 02, Greece. The address should take you right there!

The Caldera Hike
If you want the most picturesque views of your life, put your tennis shoes on and get ready to hike! The walking path from Fira to Oia, which runs along the Santorini Caldera, offers the most stunning sights of the Aegean Sea. It'll take you about three hours, but you'll come across numerous other sights, like churches and cathedrals, along the way! Trust us; it's worth the sweat.

The Streets of Fira
Fira is a lot bigger than Oia, so we recommend taking extra time to explore all of its nooks and crannies. You'll find endless amounts of winding cobblestone alleys and colorful doorways, so make sure to take advantage of the gorgeous scenery and snap a few pics as you explore!

If you want a meal with a view, head to Irini's Cafe. It will allow you to see all of Fira, which is totally Instagram-worthy. Then, once you're down eating, keep walking up the path to find the famous Three Bells of Fira!

Zotos Family Pastry
Chances are it's going to be pretty toasty when you visit Santorini, so cool down with some tasty ice cream! Zotos in Fira has the best (and photogenic) gelato on the island, in addition to lots of delicious Greek pastries!

Ever wanted to visit a black sand beach? Well, now here's your chance! Located just south of the airport, Kamari Beach has plenty of space to chill out and sink your toes into the sand. And there's also plenty of good restaurants around the area, so go grab yourself some fresh-caught seafood!

Black beaches not your thing? Try the Red Beach instead! In addition to the red sand, the beach has giant, stunning cliffs and crystal blue water to swim in. What's not to love?

What better way to end your trip than with a wine tasting? Venetsanos Winery has been open since 1949, and it serves up delicious spirits at a reasonable price (12 euros per person.) But if you're not of age, or you're just not a wine person, don't worry — Venetsanos still offers non-alcoholic drinks and delicious small plates, so it makes the perfect spot for an outdoor lunch!
