With awards season in full swing, the world of television and film came together once again for the Screen Actors Guild Awards. While the Golden Globe Awards were a bit of a crap shoot, (Best Motion Picture, Drama went to Argo, while Les Miserables won for Best Motion Picture, Comedy or Musical), it was a little harder to gauge what would win this time around, since it’s solely focused on the actors.

Many of the films nominated this year were all about the ensemble cast — Silver Linings Playbook, Lincoln, Les Miserables, Argo, etc. — so that made it an especially tough category with no real front runner. That is unless you count Argo, since it already had the GG win up its sleeve.

And when it comes to TV, HBO’s hit show Girls cleaned house at the Golden Globes winning Best TV Series, Comedy, but Modern Family is known for dominating awards shows — was this one any different? Or was Glee able to return to its former glory days and pick up an award?
