7 Riverdale Actors You’ve Already Seen on a Different CW Show
Riverdale finally premieres TOMORROW on The CW, and to say we’re PUMPED would be an understatement. If the previews are any indicator, the show is going to be be suspenseful, sexy, dramatic and clever, which basically encompasses everything we’d ever want in a new small-screen hit. The added bonus is that it’s based on one of our favorite comic-book series from when we were younger: The Archie Comics. That’s right: Archie, Betty, Veronica, and Jughead are coming IRL!
There are a lot of newbies comin’ in hot for this new show including Camila Mendes and Casey Cott, who may not be big names yet, but we’ve got a feeling it’s only a matter of time before we’re completely obsessed.
On the other hand, some of the others who joined the Riverdale cast are seasoned vets who are not only very familiar with acting for a TV show, but also well-acquainted with the network, too! Keep reading to see 7 Riverdale actors you didn’t know (or maybe just forgot!) have been on a CW show in the past! (Psst: we’re including The WB shows here, too, ‘cuz that was the CW’s name before they merged with UPN in 2006).
Riverdale Character: Jughead Jones
Cole may be best known for his time co-starring with his twin bro on the Disney Channel show The Suite Life of Zach and Cody, but what a lot of people don't know is that the two also were on an episode of a creepy kids show on The WB called The Nightmare Room. The series was based off of a book by R.L. Stine (the author of Goosebumps) and Shia LaBeouf was on the same episode!
