‘PLL’ Recap: Which Girl Had it the Hardest on Last Night’s Ep?
As we’ve mentioned before, last week’s episode of Pretty Little Liars was everything. All of the girls ended up in hot water, and that only got worse on the latest show, “Crash & Burn, Girl.” Find out what went down, then decide which of the Little Liars had it worst.
1. What happens with Spencer? We’ll help you out a little bit by saying that Spencer had the easiest night of the four, since her main role was to find out the dirt on Hanna’s mom’s case (you know, considering Ashley was arrested and all, and Spencer’s mom’s her lawyer). And it’s not looking good. Spencer determines that the best possible option for Ashley would be to plead guilty for killing Wilden because he was a threat to her family, then she could be charged with manslaughter and be held in prison for 20 years, rather than be convicted of first-degree murder and sent away for life.
2. What happens with Hanna? Well, you just read the information Spencer dug up, so Hanna’s absolutely heartbroken. She tries to convince her mom to plead guilty, but Ashley insists that she’s innocent and will not admit to a murder she didn’t commit. Considering Hanna’s the reason she’s even behind bars (since she just had to bury the gun in a public place), it’s understandable to not listen to Hanna in this scenario.
3. What happens with Aria? After the kid who spread rumors about Aria had his car spray-painted and window’s bashed in, the kid believes Aria’s brother, Mike, is the one behind the crime, so he wants payback. Beside pressing charges for the vandalism, he wants Mike to be expelled from Rosewood High, which the principal nearly agrees to until — dun dununun — Ezra comes to the rescue! With no proof of Mike being at the scene or fingerprints, Ezra informs the principal that it’s unwise to expel Mike — especially since he brought up the subject of his medical history to his sister, which is inappropriate. So, Mike’s fine, the kid’s a tool and Ezra’s amazing. The end.
4. What happens with Emily? Well, she’s not gonna win the Daughter of the Year Award anytime soon. Not only is Family Services hot on her trail for taking her mom’s pain pills, but then she steals Wilden’s keys from her mom’s desk to break into his apartment (and all we learned was that he had some spoiled steaks in a box and a note from ‘A’ saying, “Can’t wait to see you at our little barbecue!”). So, because Mama Fields couldn’t find the keys, she’s suspended from work without pay. Oh, and that’s not even the end of it. As she informs Emily’s dad of her work mishap, since Emily never returned the keys, a car crashes into the Fields’ home! What the heck?
SIDE NOTE: Toby and Caleb are the best boyfriends ever. On their own mission to help their loves, they find out who the lighter, which may’ve caused the fire the girls nearly died in, belonged to: some guy named Nigel Wright who was the one that hooked up Red Coat with the plane way back when. When they question Nigel for more info, he says someone named CeCe Drake paid him off. So we were right to
hate dislike that chick!
