When I look back to the early 2000s, I often think about Abercrombie & Fitch and flared jeans. I guess both of those things are still relevant in some way or another, but you know what I mean. There are a ton of things that we all used to wear, listen to or watch every day of our younger lives. And, throughout time, those little things became outdated, and we sort of moved on and forgot about them. Amongst those things we forgot about is the often overlooked cemetery of old websites we all used to go on when we were just innocent kids trying to play flash games on the internet. Can you relate? Probably.

Since I do everything on the Internet these days (work, read, shop, look at memes, etc.), it’s hard to imagine a time in my life when all I used the Internet for was playing games and… well I guess that’s it. I recently made a tweet asking friends for their favorite early 2000s websites and was hit with a crazy nostalgia urge. I don’t like to suffer alone, so I thought I would bring you guys into it and remind you of all the fun websites you used to use EVERY day. Most of them don’t even exist anymore (R.I.P. Club Penguin) or were turned into apps. But, if you grew up with these sites, you’ll probably appreciate this little walk down memory lane.
