Logan Lerman Says There Will Be No Percy Jackson 3 Movie
Saddest news ever, Percy Jackson fans. After much debate over whether or not there will be another PJ film, Logan Lerman outright killed the dream, saying "it's not happening."
Last year, the 22-year-old actor said he'd "definitely" star in The Titan's Curse, which is the third story in the franchise. "Depending on the success of this film and if fans like it and everything, I think we'll probably be back for a third one."
However, during promo for his latest film, Noah, Logan revealed to MTV, "[Percy Jackson has] been a great experience for me. It's opened up a lot of doors for me, but I don't think it's happening." Fortunately, one of those doors led him to his role as Ham in the Darren Aronofsky-directed film, playing opposite Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Douglas Booth and his The Perks of Being a Wallflower co-star, Emma Watson.
We know you're probably disappointed, but at least you can still see Logan Lerman on the big screen in Noah starting Friday, March 28. Feel free to vent along with us in the comments!
