Despite Hand-Holding, Paris Jackson Denies Dating 38-Year-Old 90210 Star

Paris Jackson hasn’t had an easy life. Despite growing up with a rich father — King of Pop Michael Jackson — she’s faced her fair share of issues, including the death of her dad in 2009, her battles with depression and anxiety, drug abuse and multiple suicide attempts.

“I was crazy. I was actually crazy,” she admitted to Rolling Stone. “I was going through a lot of, like, teen angst. And I was also dealing with my depression and my anxiety without any help.”

Fortunately, she found some solace in recent years, thanks, in part, to modeling. “Plenty of people think I’m ugly, and plenty of people don’t,” she said. “But there’s a moment when I’m modeling where I forget about my self-esteem issues and focus on what the photographer’s telling me — and I feel pretty. And in that sense, it’s selfish.”

BUT, that doesn’t mean the trolls aren’t still out there, waiting with bated breath to stretch the truth about the 19-year-old star…

Case in point, this tweet from Perez Hilton:

According to the entertainment blogger, MJ’s only daughter is dating 38-year-old Trevor Donovan, who’s most known for his role as Teddy Montgomery on 90210. The two were spotted holding hands, so, naturally, they’re in a relationship, right?

Well, not according to Paris herself. In a response to one particular Twitter user, who blasted PH for talking sh*t, Paris outright called Perez a liar:

Separately, in a since-deleted tweet, she wrote, “Y’all need to chill lol hand holding is a very common thing,” along with photos of her holding hands with female friends, including Sofia Richie.

Her explanation:

Though Trevor didn’t directly comment on the rumor, his rep did release a statement (via Just Jared Jr.): “They are just friends. Both are big animal lovers and advocates and are working on a ‘Be Pawsome, Adopt!’ campaign for local LA shelters… Trevor is big animal and human rights advocate… they are friends who want to help the helpless.”

So, there you have it, folks.
