Two new movies battled it out to take the top spot at the box office, but it was a certain feline favorite that managed to stay at number one.  Though neither Tower Heist nor A Very Harold and Kumar 3D Christmas are considered disappointments, they both managed the low end of their predictions to place Puss In Boots as the number one movie for the second weekend in a row.  The animated spin-off will see some stiff competition this week from the family friendly Adam Sandler starrer Jack and Jill as well as the more adult heavy actioner Immortals and the Oscar potential J. Edgar.

Two big comedies are vying for your movie dollars this weekend, but they will have a certain kitty to contend with if they want to take the top spot.  Check out our predictions for the top five at this weekend’s box office and while you’re at it, let us know what you’re planning to see.

Forbed Magazine has revealed their list for the most overpaid actors of the year.  The list was compiled by figuring how much of a return each actor generates per dollar that is earned at the box office.  For instance, Drew Barrymore, who topped this year’s list, returns only forty cents for every dollar the studio spends on her.  Are you surprised by any of the names on the list?

Universal Pictures, has just released new photos from their comedy, TOWER HEIST!  TOWER HEIST, the hilarious new comedy about working stiffs who seek revenge on the Wall Street swindler who stiffed them, hits theaters this Friday and stars Ben Stiller, Eddie Murphy, Casey Affleck, Alan Alda, Matthew Broderick, Téa Leoni, Michael Peña and Gabourey Sidibe.
