Madonna’s ‘W.E.’ Trailer Debuts

The Weinstein Company has released a new trailer for W.E. the story of two fragile but determined women – Wally Winthrop and Wallis Simpson – separated by more than six decades.  The film is directed by Madonna (yes, that Madonna) and stars Abbie Cornish, James D’Arcy, Andrea Riseborough, Richard Coyle, Annabelle Wallis, Oscar Isaac, Natalie Dormer, Laurence Fox, James Fox, David Harbour, Natalie Gal, Lola Leon.  It is set to be released February 3rd, 2012.

The Flowers Of War

Wrekin Hill has released a new trailer for director Zhang Yimou’s epic story of love and sacrifice starring Christian Bale and Ni Ni, The Flowers of War.  Set during Japan’s 1937 invasion of China, the film is told from a young girl’s point of view, not as a history lesson, but as an intimate, elemental and paradoxically universal celebration of the human spirit. Bale stars as a dissolute Westerner who seeks refuge in a Catholic church. Zac Efron In ‘The Lucky One’ Trailer

The Lucky One

Warner Bros. Pictures has released the first trailer for their upcoming romantic drama The Lucky One starring Zac Efron and Taylor Schilling.  The film is based on the novel by Nicholas Sparks and tells the story of Logan Thibault, a Marine who survives three tours in Iraq.  He attributes his good fortune to a photograph he carried of a woman he has never met, and sets out to meet his good-luck charm when he returns to North Carolina.  The film is set to hit theaters April 20, 2012.
