Star Trek 2 is deep into production on the Paramount lot and writer/producer Robert Orci has provided us with our first look from the set. Not only do we get a look at the cast and crew in action, we also are seeing someone on set we weren’t expecting to find – Leonard Nimoy. Despite the fact that Nimoy reprised his role of “Spock” in the first film in an attempt to bridge the gap between the original series and films with this new reboot, nobody really expected to see any of the original cast members in the sequel.
