New ‘Skyfall’ Poster & Trailer Details Revealed

A new poster for the latest James Bond movie has been revealed and with it info on the debut of the first trailer.  It was previously announced that a trailer would be attached to the release of Men In Black 3, which is set to hit theaters next Friday, May 25th, but Bond fans will get their first look at Daniel Craig in action when the trailer is released online Monday, May 21st at 8:30AM BST on the official 007 website.  Daniel Craig returns as Ian Fleming’s James Bond 007 in Skyfall, the 23rd adventure in the longest-running film franchise of all time.  In the film, Bond’s loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her.  …

Liam Neeson In ‘Taken 2′ First Look

Thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we’re getting our first look at Liam Neeson in Taken 2.  The film will take place approximately a year after the events of the first film where Neeson’s character Bryan Mills is now working in Istanbul.  When his daughter and ex-wife come for a visit, he is kidnapped by the family members of the men he killed trying to save his daughter.  He must escape with the help of his daughter, played once again by Maggie Grace.  The film is set to hit theaters October 5th.

‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ Extended Preview

Is you caught the premiere of America’s Got Talent last night, you were treated to a four minute preview of The Amazing Spider-Man that featured a clip of Spider-Man saving a boy from a fiery car that had been flung off a bridge by Lizard.  The preview also consisted of footage previously seen in the trailer that debuted in front of The Avengers.  If you missed it last night, or want to check it out again, you can watch it below.  The Amazing Spider-Man opens in theaters July 3rd.

‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Tumbler & Bat-Pod Going On Tour

Fans who have been eagerly awaiting the July 20 release of Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ “The Dark Knight Rises” will have an opportunity to get a firsthand look at the Tumbler and the Bat-Pod, which are rolling out on a coast-to-coast tour, sponsored by Mountain Dew and IMAX(R).

Both the Tumbler and the Bat-Pod have served as high-powered modes of transportation for Batman in Christopher Nolan’s earlier blockbusters–with the Tumbler first appearing in “Batman Begins,” and the Bat-Pod being introduced in “The Dark Knight.” They will both be featured in different ways in the hugely anticipated finale to the director’s Batman trilogy, “The Dark Knight Rises.”

Paramount Pictures has release a red band trailer for their upcoming Sacha Baron Cohen comedy, The Dictator.  The film tells the heroic story of a North African dictator who risks his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed.  The film opens May 16th and co-stars Anna Faris, Ben Kingsley and Megan Fox.

New ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ Trailer Debuts

Sony Pictures has released the third trailer for their upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man.  The trailer focuses mainly on Peter Parker’s journey to discover what happens to his parents and reveals a new mystery man and even suggest a possible change to the origin of his Spider-Man powers.  The film opens July 3rd and stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans and Denis Leary.

Lizard Dons Lab Coat In New ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ Trailer

Director Marc Webb teased that Spider-Man fans would not be disappointed in the final product when criticism of a lab coat-less Lizard showed up in the last trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man.  It looks like we may not have to wait until July 3rd when the film hits theaters to see the infamous coat on the big screen as newly released photos from the film showing Lizard wearing his lab coat have been revealed in anticipation of the trailer that is set to go online later today and will appear before The Avengers this weekend.

Scarlett Johansson Honored With Hollywood Walk of Fame Star

The Avengers star Scarlett Johansson has been honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  She was joined by her Avengers co-stars Jeremy Renner and Clark Gregg.  Johansson started out as a child actor appearing in such films as Home Alone 3 and The Horse Whisperer.  Her big transition to adult roles came with 2003′s Lost In Translation.  She debuted her role as Black Widow in 2010′s Iron Man 2.

2012 MTV Movie Award Nominations Announced

Nominees for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards and this year is full of, well, pretty much the same people that are nominated every year.  Yes, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 are both up for multiple awards with Breaking Dawn snagging two nominations and the final Harry Potter film managing six.  In an effort to be more mainstream, the annual awards show is changing things up a bit and having several of the awards being voted on by a panel of industry experts rather than the general public.  Perhaps one of the reason Breaking Dawn only managed to get nominations for Movie of the Year and Best Kiss.  It doesn’t …
