Madelaine Petsch Forced to Move Out of Her Home Days Before Riverdale Filming
The Riverdale cast is back in Vancouver, y’all. You know what that means, right? The next season of the CW series is underway! We’ve been not-so-patiently waiting for Season 3 since the S2 finale on May 16. Now that the gang’s back in good ol’ Riverdale, that means we won’t have to wait much longer for the fall premiere.
Sadly, not everyone has had it easy since returning to Canada. Madelaine Petsch, who plays fan-favorite Cheryl Blossom on the teen drama, has had a tough week. So much so, she was forced to move from what should’ve been her home for, roughly, the next year, due to “an issue with privacy.”
In a video titled, “Moving Day! Riverdale Season 3,” the 23-year-old actress explains, “We moved into what was supposed to be my home for the next ten months. We were there for two days and on the second day we were there, I found out I had an issue with privacy at this location. That was a huge wrench thrown in the wheel of my life.”
“Luckily, I was able to find a hotel room to stay in while I looked for a new apartment,” she continues.
Before long, she found an apartment — and it’s a good thing, too, ’cause she was tapped to begin filming Riverdale, S3 the day after she shot the footage of her hectic move(s).
“I was like, do I even tell them about all the chaos that has happened? And then I was like, you know what, this is life, baby — you got to roll with the punches,” she caps off the footage.
Riverdale, Season 3 is scheduled to return on October 10, but you can watch Madelaine’s “Moving Day!” video rightthissecond! (The dramz begins at the 6:20 mark.)
