Lucy Hale Performs at CMA Christmas Special, Reveals Album Artwork For Her First Single
We mentioned that Lucy Hale has what it takes to be the next Taylor Swift, but it looks like that transformation is in full swing! Monday was a big day for the Pretty Little Liars star, as she not only revealed the artwork for her very first single, but she performed during CMA's big Christmas special!
First, let's talk Lucy's single. She's been teasing her music for what seems like forever, and now we finally know that her first single — titled "You Sound Good to Me" — will drop on January 7. Sharing the news on Twitter, Lucy posted a photo of the artwork and said: "Very special day for me !! My single "You Sound Good To Me" is out January 7!!"
The artwork features Lucy in a bo-ho crop top with some awesome lighting. Instagram's got nothing on that filter! Lucy also took a moment to thank all her fans for their support, tweeting, "Wow. I am feeling so overwhelmed. What an awesome day. Thanks to every dang one of you for the support I'm feeling right now!"
As if that wasn't enough excitement for one day, Lucy also showed off her vocal chops on CMA's Christmas special! Things started off with Lucy talking about spending the holidays in Memphis where her mom got super festive. She talked about a few other Christmas-y things, then she goes into her performance of "Christmas Baby Please Come Home."
And we have to say…she rocked it! Watch the full interview and performance below.
