Kylie Jenner Didn’t Do Something Racist, but Her Latest BS Remark is Just as Bad

If you ask celebrities, the paparazzi are invasive, disgusting, and completely unabashedly brazen. And you know what, they’re right; especially for those who have had photogs cross the line in the worst way possible. When you take a step back and look at ’em from the outside, however, the fact of the matter is, they’re really just trying to do their job. But when you’re as famous as Kylie Jenner and get followed by the paparazzi all day every day, it’s only a matter of time before you snap. And boy did she ever.

Over the weekend, the 18 year old documented her encounter with a particularly annoying photographer, who just happened to be a woman, on her much-loved Snapchat account. It was clear that Kylie was not in the mood to be followed, so she spit out an aggressive comment while hiding in her car.

“No woman should be a paparazzi,” she said. “This woman is such a b****. Like, what are you doing with your life, girl?”

Whoa. The hardcore sexism surrounding KJ’s statement is glaring, and fans were quick to pick up on it.

While Kylie had gotten into trouble for pulling stupid stunts in the past, this move seems particularly shocking. She and her sisters have become icons for being strong, powerful women, and you’d think she’d want to promote the idea of gender equality across the board. Think before you think, Ky!
