Game of Thrones Co-Stars Kit Harington & Rose Leslie Are Now Married
There was a Game of Thrones wedding over the weekend, but it wasn’t red (thankfully). GoT co-stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie got married in a private ceremony at Kirkton of Rayne church in Scotland on Saturday, June 23, with their friends, families and castmates by their side.
The 31-year-olds got engaged at the end of September 2017, following an on-again, off-again relationship of about five years.
Game of Thrones actors Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams, Peter Dinklage and Emilia Clarke all attended their co-stars’ special day.
Kit revealed on The Jonathan Ross Show that he had a grand plan for the proposal, but ultimately couldn’t wait and popped the question without and frills.
“I did have some plans to do it, I was going to string up some lights in some trees and do all the romantic stuff, but we were in the country and we were under this beautiful night sky and had a log fire burning and red wine and I blew my load early,” he said before laughing at the accidentally NSFW joke. “Sorry, that’s a really bad expression!”
Congrats to the newlyweds!
