Kim Kardashian Responds to Allegations That She Photoshopped Instagram Pic

By  |

Kim Kardashian isn’t the most-followed celebrity on Instagram, but her page is still super successful. The 37-year-old has over 109 million followers on the social media platform (NBD or anything, though), so you can imagine how many opinions she gets flooded with every time she posts a picture.

The mother of three uploaded a photo of herself rockin’ some Yeezy Season 6 as she prepared to participate in the March for Our Lives in Washington D.C. over the weekend and fans couldn’t help but notice something particularly wonky going on in the background.

Do you see how the car is completely smashed and seemingly has two license plates? It’s pretty hard not to notice it, TBH… Fans called her out for having what appears to be pretty obvious Photoshop fail, but according to Kim, that’s not actually what happened.

“I’m seeing online and on news media outlets that I suffered a ‘Photoshop fail,'” she wrote in a blog post on her site. “So ridiculous! I reposted a picture on Instagram that a fan had already posted — I only added a filter to it… It looks like the fan mirrored the photo, which is the reason the car looks like that.”

So that explains it! KKW admitted that she used a filter, but we’re pretty sure not even the biggest celeb Photoshopper would make an error as big as that effed up vehicle.
