Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl. We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.

KKW has been very open about using a surrogate to expand her family, as doctors recommended she did not get pregnant for a third time because she suffers from from placenta accreta, a condition where the placenta attaches itself too deeply to the uterine wall.

“I always knew surrogacy was an option — now it’s my reality,” she said on an April 2017 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. “Whatever is meant to be will be.”

Kimmy eventually found the perfect surrogate, who just so happens to be a fan of her and her famous family…but not in a creepy way!

“She was, you know, someone that had watched the show, not like a superfan or anything, that it would have been uncomfortable, but she had seen my struggle and seen how open I was about it,” she revealed on The Real. “So she was really proud to do it and really excited.”

She continued, “I love her. I have the best relationship with my surrogate. She’s so nice. She is the perfect person to do this for my family. She’s great. She’s been amazing.”

It was reported last week that the unidentified woman who carried baby number three for KimYe was due “any day now.” Also reported last was were rumors that Kylie Jenner checked into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center because she was in labor ready to give birth to her first baby with boyfriend Travis Scott. TMZ debunked that claim, however, with sources saying the 20-year-old “isn’t due this month and she hasn’t gone into premature labor.”
