Khloe Kardashian Defends Kim After She’s Criticized for Homophobic Note
Kim Kardashian found herself under fire yesterday after she made a snarky remark to Tyson Beckford that many people took as being homophobic. Khloe Kardashian, however, says everyone’s anger is being unfairly directed at her sister when it’s really the model who should be criticized.
“I was with her when that was going on… what I hate is that people are saying that she is homophobic for that, but no one is saying that we shouldn’t also body shame women,” she tells Extra‘s AJ Calloway.
She continues, “I don’t know if people are saying that about him, but I just know people are attacking Kim about being homophobic; she is anything but.”
The 34-year-old has a point. Tyson started the feud, unnecessarily commenting on a picture of KKW wearing tight pants and a cropped shirt.
“Sorry I don’t care for it personally,” he said of the look. “She is not real, doctor f*cked up on her right hip,” he added along with the nauseated face emoji.
Kim fired back as a result and added, “Sis we all know why you don’t care for it,” including a mug, frog and manicure emoji.
Koko is usually one to defend her siblings right away, but she was specifically told to stay out of this one.
She explains, “I was asked not to jump in, ’cause I think that would have made it worse.”
Earlier today, Tyson denied Kim’s allegations and told everyone he’s “not gay.
“Train 5-6 days a wk, weights Martial Arts and Firearms and I defend those who can’t defend themselves!” he captioned a series of photos of himself flexing. “I support LGBTQ even though I’m not Gay. It’s just the human thing to do.”
