Justin Bieber Sued for Allegedly Injuring Man & Using Racial Slurs in Fight

Justin Bieber has been laying low and keeping himself out of trouble lately, but just when you think all is clear the drama picks up once again. So, what did The Biebs do now? Nothing really… well, at least nothing recently.

The 24-year-old singer is being sued by Tobias Cannon, the man he got into a fight with in Cleveland, Ohio, after Game 3 of the 2016 NBA Finals. The man alleges that, according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Justin and his crew left him with a concussion bad enough that required hospitalization.

The man claims he “suffered injuries to his head, neck and back” and even lost consciousness during the brawl. While he says he tried to walk away, Justin allegedly grabbed him by the shirt “then struck [him] with his fist…more than one time.” When Canon tried to “subdue” the musician, he was allegedly “struck in the back of the head” by a bodyguard.

He also says that JB used “racial epithets” as he was throwing punches.

“[Justin’s] threatening communications made in public in front of a number of people included the use of racial epithets,” according to the docs.

Sources tell The Blast that the slur used by the “Friends” crooner was the N-word.

Reps from the Canadian’s team have not responded to the allegations.
