Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Reportedly Get Marriage License in NYC
Could wedding bells for Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin be coming sooner than we think?? Honestly, maybe. TMZ obtained a photo of the engaged couple walking into the New York City Marriage Bureau on September 13. And, if you’re wondering, this place is exactly what you’d think it’d be — the location you go to get a marriage license, which is a legal document that authorizes two people to get married.
People who spotted JB and HB inside the Bureau say the “No Brainer” singer was crying at one point and, at one point, said to his fiancée, “I can’t wait to marry you, baby.”
Someone else reportedly heard The Biebs tell a court official, “Thanks for keeping it on the DL.”
Couples tend to get their marriage license shortly before their wedding, which is quite interesting since it was previously reported that Justin and Hailey pushed back their wedding date until 2019 because they want to enjoy being engaged.
A source tells People magazine, however, that Jailey is still very much in the wedding-planning process.
“They have hired a wedding planner and have been looking at venues,” the insider reveals. “The plan for now is to have a real wedding.”
The model has a vision for the ceremony, which she says will probably happen on the West Coast, not Canada, as was previously reported.
“I just picture lights strung everywhere,” she previously told The Cut. “I think having it in the woods would be so beautiful.”
