Justin Bieber Cancels Purpose World Tour with Just 15 Shows Remaining
If you were looking forward to seeing Justin Bieber when he brought the Purpose World Tour back to the United States, we have some bad news for you. The 23-year-old’s rep just announced that he has decided to cancel the remaining shows “due to unforeseen circumstances.” The statement posted to his official website reads:
“Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber will cancel the remainder of the Purpose World Tour concerts. Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them. He thanks his fans for the incredible experience of the Purpose World Tour over last 18 months. He is grateful and honored to have shared that experience with his cast and crew for over 150 successful shows across 6 continents during this run. However, after careful consideration he has decided he will not be performing any further dates. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase.”

A tour source told TMZ, however, that JB actually decided to back out of the rest of the concerts because he’s “just over it.”
The “Despacito” singer has been on the road since March 2016 and was set to perform in Arlington, Texas, on Saturday. Justin only had 15 shows left and was set to wrap up the tour in Jarkarta, Indonesia, on October 10. He has not yet personally commented on his reasoning for canceling the remaining shows.
