Jake Paul Gets Real About Messy Alissa Violet and Logan Paul Drama

ICYMI, Shane Dawson released the finale of his Jake Paul docu-series yesterday, and let’s just say we are still totally SHOOK. Jake spilled the tea on everything from his beef with FaZe Banks, to how Logan Paul‘s infamous “Suicide Forest” vlog affected him — but the real drama came when Jake finally opened up about the affair between his brother and his ex, Alissa Violet.

If you’re unaware of the Jake/Logan/Alissa drama, here’s a little backstory: Last year, Jake accused Alissa of cheating on him with his brother Logan in a since-deleted tweet. The bombshell came months after Alissa accused Jake of kicking her out of the Team 10 house without explanation, and shortly after, Logan dropped a taunting diss track against his younger brother. It was a confusing “he-said-she-said-he-said” situation, but thanks to Shane’s docuseries finale, we finally got some clarity on what really went down between the three YouTubers.

During the final installment of the series, Jake admitted to Shane that he hurt Alissa many times while they were together, and that he believed her decision to hook up with Logan was her way of getting revenge for all the pain he caused her.

The 21-year-old then went on to detail how he found out about the affair from a friend, who straight-up told him he strongly suspected Logan and Alissa were “having sex.” After the initial shock dissipated, Jake said he confronted his brother about the affair, and that Logan’s excuse was that he didn’t know that Jake and Alissa were “actually a thing” at the time.

The “It’s Everyday Bro” rapper later revealed to Shane that despite the pain and heartache it caused him, he’s since forgiven his brother for the betrayal. He explained that he believes Alissa’s intention was to tear him and Logan apart with the affair, and he admittedly didn’t want to “give her what she wanted.”

As for Logan’s infamous diss track against his little brother, in which he taunts Jake by kissing Alissa at the end, Jake said that video was 100% real. He also said it was one of the most painful aspects of the whole ordeal for him, as it was filmed AFTER all the drama went down.

At the end of the interview, Jake made it clear that while he’s still processing everything that happened, he just wants to move on from the whole situation. For the sake of his sanity, we have to admit, we kinda don’t blame him!
