Is Taylor Swift’s New Song Inspired By Taylor Lautner?

By  |

In Taylor Swift‘s new song “Back To December,” she sings, “And I think about summer, all the beautiful times/I watched you laughing from the passenger side.”

A picture might say a thousand words, but this short song line pretty much sums it up. Taylor’s not over Taylor. But do you blame her? Just look at him.

I miss your tan skin, your sweet smile, so good to me, so right/And how you held me in your arms that September night/The first time you ever saw me cry. Maybe this is wishful thinking/Probably mindless dreaming/If we loved again I swear I’d love you right.

Sure, there are lots of boys in Hollywood with “tan skin” and “sweet smiles,” but Taylor’s definitely not talking about Joe Jonas here. Sure, he’s cute, but the boy looks like he’s no stranger to sunscreen.

So what do you think? Is “Back To December” Taylor’s ode to Team Lautner?
