Lea Michele and her longtime boyfriend, Matthew Paetz, called it quits in early 2016, despite engagement rumors at the end of January. So, when word got out that she was engaged, people were shocked, especially since she only started dating her now-husband, Winston Marshall, in July 2015.
The 30-year-old actress and 28-year-old Mumford & Sons banjoist got engaged over the 2015 holidays, but the public didn't find out until late January 2016. And things moved quickly after that, as they tied the knot on October 15, 2016.
