The Dark Scandals Surrounding Every Member of the Original Full House Cast
Full House — arguably the most family-friendly TV series of the late ’80s/early ’90s; beloved by all who watched. While you could argue some of the bad lessons it taught viewers, overall, it was a wholesome experience… on screen, anyway. Off screen, however, is a whole other bag of tricks.
Ever since the show went off the air in 1995, the original cast members have all found themselves in the middle of some dark scandals. We’re talking drugs, alcohol, strippers — even arrests! If you’re not prepared to look behind the curtain on the ~pure~ television show, we suggest turning away now. (But don’t because this is interesting AF.)
Mary Kate Olsen
In 2004, one of the two young actresses who portrayed the youngest Tanner, Michelle, should've rang in her 18th birthday with her sister. Instead, though, Ashley was left to celebrate alone, as her fraternal twin was admitted into a rehabilitation facility in Utah for a much-speculated eating disorder.
"This is a challenge that Mary-Kate has made a decision to face," her rep said. "This is a challenge she will meet."
