A Year After His Twin’s Admission, Ethan Dolan Tweets Own Mental Health Issues
Back in November 2016, Grayson Dolan of The Dolan Twins on YouTube revealed a pretty personal secret — he was suffering from severe anxiety. “Sometimes I have anxiety attacks so bad that I fall on the floor and I literally can’t move and I feel like I can’t breathe and I feel like I’m gonna die,” he said in an emotional video. While the 17-year-old’s twin brother, Ethan, also appeared in the vid, he didn’t say much about his own mental health at the time. Flash forward to yesterday, however, and all that changed.
ED explained that he is currently in “a really sh*tty place mentally” and is “done faking” that he’s not.
I'm done faking it I'm honestly at a really shitty place mentally

The day before he wrote the mental-health note on Twitter, he also mentioned how he was feeling stressed out.
“I need to chill TF out. I stress myself out so much sometimes WTF is my deal?”
Many YouTubers, including Tana Mongeau, Ricky Dillon and Caspar Lee, have reached out to Ethan in the wake of his admission to let him know he has support and is not alone.
Mental health is important, do what's best for you taking little breaks from the world to focus on yourself is good sometimes

We’re thinking of Ethan and hope he does whatever it takes to get the help he needs.
13 YouTube beauty gurus who struggle with anxiety:
Out of all the beauty gurus who are open about their battle with anxiety, Zoe is perhaps the most outspoken. The 26-year-old has always been open about how bad her panic attacks have been and how she deals with her mental illness, even before she gained more than 10 million subscribers on YouTube. Back in 2011, the beauty guru wrote an entire blog post about her experience the disorder on her website.
"I've suffered with panic attacks for 6 and a half years, and so I'm writing this blog post for those of you who struggle to understand, feel alone, need advice or need someone else to understand."
From that point on, Zoe has posted numerous videos about anxiety and has even recorded herself as she was dealing with a panic attack in hopes of shedding light on the disorder.
