Ed Westwick Accused of Sexually Assaulting a Third Woman
Yet another woman has come forward to accuse Ed Westwick of sexual assault. Rachel Eck opened up to Buzzfeed saying that the former Gossip Girl star “aggressively groped [her]” the night before the Academy Awards in 2014.
The woman, who was an executive assistant at the time, says she met the 36-year-old, who was friends with her ex, Australian movie producer Kaine Harling, at the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood, Calif.
“[He] asked me to invite a friend to hang out with the three of us,” Rachel recalled. “When I didn’t bring a girl for him, he turned his sights on me.”
The victim says Ed would “try to kiss me or kind of push me up against the wall” whenever Kaine left the room and even though she “pushed [him] off” and told him to stop, he continued and as the night went on “it got worse and he got more handsy.”
Rachel decided that she needed to leave, but the British actor said he wanted to apologize first.
She continued, “Ed then pulled me onto the bed and aggressively groped me. I shoved him off as quickly as I could and left. […] I have never felt so uncomfortable in a situation like that in my entire life.”
Three of Rachel’s friends confirmed that Rachel has told them this exact story in the past, way before other women started coming forward about being allegedly raped by the GG alum.
“I was woken up abruptly by Ed on top of me, his fingers entering my body,” KC emotionally recalled. “I told him to stop, but he was strong. I fought him off as hard as I could but he grabbed my face in his hands, shaking me, telling me he wanted to f*ck me. I was paralyzed, terrified. I couldn’t speak, I could no longer move. He held me down and raped me.”
AW shared a similar story saying, “Like Kristina, I said no and he pushed me face down and was powerless under his weight. I was wearing a one piece bathing suit that he ripped, I was in complete shock, I am also very tiny.”
The Los Angeles Police Department is currently investigating Ed, so hopefully justice will soon be served.
