Apparently this also works for Demi Lovato.  Demi, who’s been playing the role of contributing editor for Seventeen as she’s recovering from her stint in rehab, recently shared her “Stay Strong” playlist and, who knew, some of the songs our are fave pump-up songs, too!

Something that is equally as wrong and unacceptable.. #NOH8 RT!!!”
