Demi Lovato Seemingly Shades Ex-Life Coach Mike Bayer on Twitter

By  |

At this point, everyone should know if someone is going to diss Demi Lovato, she’s going to fire right back. The 25-year-old singer took to Twitter last night to throw some not-so-subtle shade at ex-life coach Mike Bayer, whom she recently unfollowed on social media.

“Good luck on your blog,” the “Sober” crooner tweeted without any explanation.

So, how did fans make the connection? The note came just hours after the CAST Centers founder posted a video on Instagram where he might’ve dissed his former friend and client.

“I worked in entertainment for many years being a life coach for a lot of different pop stars and actors,” he said in the vid. “And my biggest pet peeve is when they use excuses because they call themselves ‘artists.’ I’m here to explain to you that being an ‘artist’ and being ‘talented’ are two different things. […] I think if somebody uses an excuse to be late, or insincere, or rude, or unapologetic, that’s not being an artist; that’s being a jerk. And you shouldn’t stand for that.”

He didn’t mention Demi by name, but many people think the implication was clear.

DL recently admitted to relapsing and subsequently cut a lot of people — including Mike — out of her life. It’s clear that their relationship is filled with drama, so it’s probably for the best.
