JT and Kim K Will Die a Slow, Painful, “Digital Death” — For Charity!

By  |

Celebs like Justin Timberlake and Kim Kardashian are pretty much obsessed with Twitter (PS. We are too!), but they’ll be taking a much-needed break from Twitter, Facebook, and all their other social media accounts tomorrow, November 30 — all in the name of charity!

According to our friends at Hollywire.com, celebs will be taking the day off from their comps until $1 million is raised for World Aids Day. This “Digital Death,” which Alicia Keys‘ organization, Keep a Child Alive is backing, is to bring awareness to the disease, and hopes to “shock you to the point of waking up.”

Oh, and…

The celebs involved, which also includes Lady Gaga, will be tweeting a “last tweet and testament’ video in which they’ll be lying in coffins to symbolize their “digital deaths.”

Do you think the Digital Death is cool — or creepy? Would you take a break from Twitter for charity? Sound off now!
